You will need:
1 medium size cucumber
2 Green chillies
Coriander leaves
3 tsp Jeera
4 cup rice
1 cup Poha(Flattened rice)
How to make it:
- Soak rice and poha for 12 hours.
- Grind them along with coriander, cucumber, jeera and green chillies.
- Make dosa's immediately.
- Serve hot with butter and chutney of your choice.
